How much storage do I get and how is it counted?

Your plan includes 2 GB on Lite, 5 GB on Starter, 10 GB on Growth and 50 GB on Scale. Storage counts the files you uploaded and have not deleted. Images and videos made in AI Studio do not count. Deleting a file frees its space.

What counts#

• Images, videos and PDFs you upload or import, for the whole team.
• Media is kept after a post goes out so you can reuse it.

What does not count#

• Images and videos generated in AI Studio.
• Failed uploads, and uploads that stalled mid-transfer.
• Files you deleted.

See your usage#

Open Settings > Usage. It shows storage used against your plan.

When storage is full#

1. Delete files you no longer need in Media. Click Select, choose the files, click Delete.
2. Or add 50 GB for $5 a month in Settings > Billing > Add-ons, or click Add more in Settings > Usage.
3. Or upgrade in Settings > Plans.

Add-ons are not available during the free trial or on plans bought through the iPhone App Store. Only the account owner can buy them.
