Can I create folders in the Media library?

No. The Media library has no folders today. Use Search media..., Sort, favourites, the type filter and tags to find your files.

Ways to organise#

• Search media... by file name. Name your files well before uploading, for example client-spring-01.jpg.
• Sort by Date, Size, Usage or Name.
• Filter by Image, Video or PDF.
• Click Favorite on a file and show only favourites.
• Each file has Tags and shows Used in, the posts that use it.
• Workspaces keep separate media. If you manage several brands, a workspace per brand keeps their files apart.
