How to change your password or sign-in method

Change your password in Settings > Profile. Under Change password, enter your current password and the new one twice. If you signed up with Google or Apple and have no password, the same section says Set a password. If you forgot your password, use Forgot password? on the login page.

Change your password#

1. Go to Settings > Profile.
2. Under Change password, enter your current password.
3. Enter the new password twice. It needs at least 8 characters.
4. Click Change password.

After five wrong attempts you must wait 15 minutes.

Set a password for a Google or Apple account#

1. Go to Settings > Profile.
2. Under Set a password, enter a new password twice (at least 8 characters).
3. Click Set password.

You can then sign in with your email and password as well, which is useful on the iPhone app.

Forgot your password#

1. Go to app.posteverywhere.ai/login and click Forgot password?.
2. Enter your account email. The reset link is valid for 60 minutes.
3. Open the link and choose a new password.

The email goes to the address on the account. If you no longer have access to it, see How to change your account email address.

Ways to sign in#

All of these open the same account as long as the email address is the same:

• Continue with Google
• Sign in with Apple
• Email and password
• Email me a sign-in link. A one-time link is emailed to you. It is valid for 30 minutes.

Signing in with Google under a different Gmail address creates a separate, empty account. Use the address your account is registered with.
