Teams and workspaces
Workspaces
A workspace keeps one brand's or client's posts, drafts, calendar, media library, campaigns and approval setting separate. Connected accounts are shared by the team.
A workspace is a separate area for one brand or client. Each workspace has its own posts, drafts, calendar, media library and campaigns. Connected social accounts belong to your organisation and are available in every workspace. Lite, Starter and Growth include 1 workspace. Scale includes 5. Any paid plan can add a workspace for $2 a month.
Create a workspace
- Go to Settings > Workspace.
- Click Add workspace.
- Type a name and click Create. The app switches to the new workspace.
Only the owner or an admin can create workspaces. If you are at your limit, the button offers an add-on or an upgrade.
Switch between workspaces
Use the workspace switcher in the sidebar. The calendar, posts, drafts and media change to the selected workspace.
Rename a workspace
In Settings > Workspace, click the pencil icon next to the name, edit it and click Save. See How to rename a workspace.
What is separate and what is shared
Separate per workspace:
- Posts, drafts and the calendar
- Media library
- Campaigns
- The Require approval setting
Shared by the whole team:
- Connected social accounts. Every workspace shows the same accounts.
- Team members. Everyone you invite joins every workspace.
- Plan, billing, AI credits and storage.
Connected accounts belong to the organisation so you connect each account once and use it from any workspace; the content you create in a workspace never shows in another. If an integration or AI agent must only see one brand's accounts, create an API key on the Developers page and tick Limit this key to specific accounts. See Do workspaces have separate social accounts?.
