To use PostEverywhere, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account (or 13 with parental consent in jurisdictions where permitted).

PostEverywhere integrates with various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. By connecting your accounts:

• • You grant us permission to access and manage your content on those platforms according to the permissions you explicitly authorize
• • You remain responsible for compliance with each platform's terms of service, developer policies, and community guidelines
• • You acknowledge that platform changes may affect our service functionality
• • You can revoke access permissions at any time through your account settings or directly through each platform's app authorization settings
• • For TikTok specifically, you agree to comply with TikTok's Platform Policy, Developer Terms, and Community Guidelines

We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or availability of third-party social media platforms. Our integrations comply with each platform's respective developer terms and API policies.

PostEverywhere allows you to upload videos to YouTube using your Google account. We use Google's OAuth 2.0 to request the minimum scopes necessary for user-facing features (for example, uploading videos you choose). We do not request restricted scopes unless clearly required for disclosed features.

PostEverywhere offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing:

• • Billing occurs monthly or annually based on your selected plan
• • All fees are due in advance and non-refundable unless required by law
• • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
• • Failed payments may result in service suspension
• • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store your payment information on our servers.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create and post through PostEverywhere. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.

Our Platform: PostEverywhere and all related technology, software, and intellectual property are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

Trademarks: PostEverywhere, our logo, and related marks are our trademarks. You may not use them without our written permission.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to PostEverywhere will cease, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data retention policies.

Survival: Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of PostEverywhere will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Australian arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
