**How much does PostEverywhere cost?** Three plans: Starter $29/mo (10 accounts, 100 AI credits), Growth $39/mo (25 accounts, 500 credits), Pro $79/mo (40 accounts, 2,000 credits). All include unlimited posts. Save 20% with annual billing.

**Which plans include a free trial?** All plans include a 7-day free trial. $0.00 is due today; cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged.

**What happens when my trial ends?** After 7 days you add a payment method to continue on your chosen plan. If you don't, your account pauses with no surprise charges, and your scheduled posts and content stay in your account.

**What platforms does PostEverywhere support?** All 11 on every plan: Instagram (posts, Reels, Stories, carousels), LinkedIn (profiles and company pages), TikTok, YouTube (videos and Shorts), Facebook (pages and Reels), X, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, Discord, and Telegram.

**What are AI credits and how do they work?** AI credits power the AI Content Studio: image generation, video generation, and caption writing. Each generation uses one or more credits. Starter includes 100/month, Growth 500/month, Pro 2,000/month. Credits reset each billing cycle.

**Can I change plans later?** Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

**Is there a free plan?** There is no permanent free plan, but every plan includes a 7-day free trial with cancel anytime.

**Can I use PostEverywhere for multiple brands or clients?** Yes. Workspaces manage multiple brands or clients (Starter 1, Growth 5, Pro 20), each with its own social accounts, content calendar, and team permissions.

**What payment methods do you accept?** All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Prices in USD, processed securely through Stripe.

**Do you offer refunds?** If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of a paid subscription, contact support for a full refund. After 7 days, cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the billing period.

**Is the API and SDK included in every plan?** Yes, on every plan from $29/mo with no enterprise gating. Node.js SDK (@posteverywhere/sdk) and Claude Code MCP integration (@posteverywhere/mcp) included. Rate limits are 60 requests per minute and 1,000 per hour, per API key.
