How do I reach a human?

Click Speak to support in the in-app assistant, or open the chat bubble at the bottom right of the app. You can also email support@posteverywhere.ai. A reply comes back by email if you leave the chat.

Steps#

1. In the app, open the assistant panel on the right and ask your question. It answers most how-to questions at once.
2. If you need a person, click Speak to support under the message box. The support chat opens with your conversation already pasted in, so you do not start over.
3. Or click the chat bubble at the bottom right on any page and type your message.
4. Or email support@posteverywhere.ai.

What helps us help you#

• The email address on your PostEverywhere account.
• The platform and account name, for example "Instagram @mybrand".
• The exact message you saw, or a screenshot.
• For a failed post, the date and time it was due.

Never send your password or an API key in chat or email.
