Where are my invoices and receipts?

Your invoices are in Settings > Billing. The Invoices section lists each one with its date, amount and status. For the full history and PDF downloads, click Manage subscription to open the billing portal.

Steps#

1. Go to app.posteverywhere.ai/settings?tab=billing (Settings > Billing).
2. Scroll to Invoices. Each row shows the date, the amount and Paid or another status. Click a row to open that invoice.
3. For older invoices or PDFs, click Manage subscription. The billing portal lists every invoice with a download link.

Only the account owner can see the Billing tab.

Company name and tax ID on invoices#

To put your company name and tax ID on your invoices, click Manage subscription and add them to your billing information in the billing portal. If the portal does not offer the field, email support@posteverywhere.ai and we add them for you.

No invoices yet#

Invoices appear after your first charge. During the free trial there is nothing to show.

Plans bought in the iPhone app#

Apple issues the receipts. Find them in your Apple account purchase history, not in PostEverywhere.
