What are AI credits and how do they work?AI credits pay for AI Studio and Write with AI. Plans include monthly credits that reset each billing period. Buy packs that never expire or add monthly.
How many AI credits does each action cost?Text 1 credit. Images 1, 5, 8 or 15 by quality tier. Videos are billed per second: 4, 5, 8 or 17 credits a second for 5 or 10 second clips. Image edits 15.
How do I buy more AI credits, and do credits roll over?Buy a pack: 100 for $5, 500 for $20, 2,000 for $60, or a custom amount. Bought credits never expire. Monthly plan credits reset and do not roll over.
Can I create folders in the Media library?No, there are no folders yet. Use search, sort, favourites, type filters and tags to organise your media.
How many AI credits do I get on the free trial?The free trial includes 25 AI credits in total, for Write with AI and AI Studio. Connect an account first. Your plan credits start when the trial converts.
What video formats and sizes can I upload?MP4, MOV, AVI, WebM, MKV, M4V and 3GP up to 4 GB. Videos are converted to MP4. Per-platform size and length limits, and what happens while processing.
Why is my video still processing?Videos are converted to MP4 after upload, which takes longer for long or large files. The composer waits for it. What to do if it never finishes.
Can I import media from Google Drive?Yes. Click Add from Google Drive in the Media library or the composer, sign in to Google, pick files, and they are copied into your library.
How much storage do I get and how is it counted?Lite 2 GB, Starter 5 GB, Growth 10 GB, Scale 50 GB. Uploaded files that are not deleted count. AI Studio images do not. Add 50 GB for $5 a month.
Can AI Studio put my logo or a real person's face in an image?Your real logo can be placed in a corner of an AI image from your Brand Kit. AI Studio never asks the AI to draw a logo. No real faces without a photo.
Can I edit or trim a video, add a hook or add captions?No. PostEverywhere has no video editor. Edit the video before uploading. Use a cover image for the thumbnail and AI Studio for scripts and clips.
