Scheduling and publishing
How do drafts and campaigns work?
Drafts keep a post without scheduling it. Campaigns group posts by name and colour. Where to find both, and how posts get into a campaign today.
A draft is a post you saved without scheduling. A campaign is a named group of posts with a colour. Drafts are on All Posts under the Draft status. Campaigns are on the Campaigns page.

Drafts from AI agents and the API
An AI agent connected to PostEverywhere, or the API, can create a post as a draft for you to review. You then schedule it in the app or ask the agent to schedule it.
Campaigns
Create a campaign
- Open Campaigns in the sidebar.
- Click Create New Campaign.
- Give it a name (for example "Product Launch") and a description, and save.
Add posts to a campaign
The post editor has no campaign picker today. Posts get a campaign through the API or an AI agent, which can set the campaign on a post. On All Posts, use the Campaigns filter to see the posts in a campaign.
Campaign colours
Each campaign has a colour. It shows on the post in the Calendar and in All Posts.
