Teams and workspaces

Do workspaces have separate social accounts?

Connected accounts belong to your organisation and are available in every workspace. Each workspace keeps its own posts, drafts, calendar, media, campaigns and approval setting.

Updated 23 October 2026

Connected social accounts belong to your organisation, so every workspace can use them: you connect an account once and post to it from any workspace. What each workspace keeps separate is the content: its posts, drafts, calendar, media library, campaigns, brand profile and the Require approval setting.

How to keep brands apart in practice

  1. Create a workspace per brand or client in Settings > Workspace.
  2. In each workspace, pick only that brand's accounts when you create a post. The post, its media and its place on the calendar stay in that workspace.
  3. For an AI agent or integration that must only see one brand's accounts, go to Developers, click Create API key and tick Limit this key to specific accounts. A key limited this way cannot see or post to other accounts.

Details

  • Your account limit is counted across the whole team, not per workspace.
  • An AI agent connected to your account works in one workspace at a time. Ask it which workspace it is in before it schedules posts.
  • Team members join every workspace in your team.
