How many team members can I have, and how do I add more?

Lite includes 1 team member, Starter 2, Growth 3 and Scale 5. When all seats are used, add a seat for $5 a month or upgrade your plan.

Add a seat#

1. Go to Settings > Team. The seat line reads, for example, "3/3 seats used".
2. Click Add a team member, $5/mo. Or go to Settings > Billing > Add-ons and add Extra team members.
3. Confirm the amount added to your bill.
4. Back in Settings > Team, invite the new person.

Details#

• The owner, every member and every pending invite each take a seat. Revoke an invite you no longer need to free its seat.
• Expired invites do not hold a seat.
• Seat add-ons are $5 a month each, or $50 a year on a yearly plan. You can hold up to 25.
• Add-ons are not available during the free trial or on plans bought through the iPhone App Store. Only the owner can buy them.
• If you later move to a smaller plan, you must be within its seat limit (plus any seat add-ons you keep) or the change is refused.
