Connecting accounts
How do I connect a LinkedIn Company Page?
Connect LinkedIn from the Accounts page, allow access to your organisations, and pick the Company Pages you admin. Each Page counts as one account.
Updated 23 October 2026
Click Add Account next to LinkedIn on the Accounts page, allow access to your organisations on LinkedIn's screen, and pick the Company Pages you want. You need an admin role on each Page.
Steps
- Open Accounts and click Add Account next to LinkedIn.
- Sign in to LinkedIn.
- LinkedIn asks for permission to post for you and for your organisations. Allow both.
- Choose your personal profile, your Company Pages, or both.
- You return to PostEverywhere. Each profile and Page appears as its own account.
Requirements
- You must be an admin (super admin or content admin) of the Company Page.
- The Page must be published and active.
- Each Company Page counts as one account on your plan.
Personal profile or Company Page
Both take the same content: up to 3,000 characters, up to 20 images, or 1 video (3 seconds to 10 minutes), or 1 PDF document.
| Setting | Personal profile | Company Page |
|---|---|---|
| Visibility: Public | Yes | Yes |
| Visibility: Connections Only | Yes | No. A Page has no connections |
| Visibility: LinkedIn Members | Yes | Yes |
| Disable resharing | Yes | Yes |
Troubleshooting
- The Company Page is not listed: you did not allow organisation access on LinkedIn's screen, or you are not an admin of the Page. Reconnect and allow access to your organisations.
- Posts to the Page fail: check you are still an admin on LinkedIn, then click Reconnect on the Accounts page.
