iPhone app

Managing a subscription bought through Apple

Subscribed in the iPhone app? Apple bills you. Change or cancel in iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions, or in the app's Settings > Subscription.

Updated 23 October 2026

If you started your plan inside the iPhone app, Apple bills you, not PostEverywhere. Change, cancel or restore it in your iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions, or in the PostEverywhere app under Settings > Subscription > Manage subscription, which opens Apple's subscription sheet.

Cancel or change

  1. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Tap PostEverywhere.
  3. Choose a different plan, or tap Cancel Subscription.

Or in the PostEverywhere app: Settings > Subscription > Manage subscription.

A cancelled subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or period, or Apple renews it.

Plans in the app

Lite, Starter, Growth and Scale are sold monthly and yearly. Lite is also sold weekly. Every plan has a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the trial ends, and the subscription renews automatically until cancelled.

On the web

Settings > Billing on the web shows your plan with the note that it is billed through the App Store. The Manage subscription, Change plan and Add-ons actions do not apply. Add-ons are only sold with a card subscription on the web.

Restore purchases

If the app does not recognise your subscription after reinstalling or on a new iPhone, open the subscription screen and tap Restore purchases.

Deleting your account

Deleting your PostEverywhere account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in Apple's settings first, then delete. See How to delete your account.

Receipts and refunds

Apple issues the receipts for App Store purchases. Refund requests for App Store purchases go to Apple, through your Apple Account purchase history.
