Scheduling and publishing
Will scheduling through PostEverywhere hurt my reach?
PostEverywhere publishes through each platform's official API, like approved scheduling tools. It never automates likes, follows or comments.
Updated 23 October 2026
PostEverywhere publishes your posts through each platform's official publishing API, the way approved scheduling tools are meant to. It never automates likes, follows, comments or messages, and it only posts what you schedule.
What decides your reach
Reach depends on your content, your timing and each platform's own ranking, which PostEverywhere cannot see or change. Two things help:
- Post at the times your audience is active. See Best time to post.
- Use the right format for each network, for example a Reel on Instagram or a native video on LinkedIn. Customise per platform lets you adjust each version.
