How to change or remove your payment method

Update your card in Settings > Billing. Click Manage subscription and change the payment method in the secure billing portal. You can add a new card and remove old ones.

Steps#

1. Go to app.posteverywhere.ai/settings?tab=billing (Settings > Billing).
2. Click Manage subscription.
3. In the billing portal, add your new card and set it as the default. Remove the old card if you want.
4. Close the portal. The change applies to your next charge.

Only the account owner can do this.

Payment failed#

If a charge did not go through, Settings > Billing shows Payment failed with the note "Update your payment method to keep your subscription active". Click Update payment method. Your posts keep publishing while you fix the card.

Remove your card and end the trial#

1. Cancel in Settings > Billing > Manage subscription. Nothing is charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
2. In the same portal, remove the card.

Plans bought in the iPhone app#

Apple charges your Apple Account. Change the payment method in your Apple Account settings on your iPhone.
