Plans and billing
Can agencies use PostEverywhere?
Yes. Agencies sign up on any plan and use it as normal: a workspace per client, roles, client approvals, and extra seats or workspaces as add-ons.

Yes. Agencies and freelancers sign up on any normal plan and use PostEverywhere as it is, with a workspace for each client. There is no separate agency plan and no reseller programme; the standard plans and add-ons cover agency use.
How agencies set it up
- Pick a plan by the number of social accounts you manage across all clients. Scale includes 20 accounts and 5 workspaces; on Scale you can add 5 more accounts for $15 a month, as many times as you need.
- Create a workspace per client in Settings › Workspace. Each workspace keeps that client's posts, drafts, calendar, media library and campaigns separate. Any paid plan can add a workspace for $2 a month.
- Invite colleagues as Admin or Member. Add a seat for $5 a month on any paid plan. See Team members.
- Turn on Require approval in a workspace so a client or manager approves posts before they go out, or send posts to a client by review link. See Client approvals and review links.
- Connect an AI agent or use the API; an API key can be limited to specific accounts. See Getting an API key.
Billing
One subscription covers the whole agency. If a client prefers to own their own account and bill, they sign up themselves at app.posteverywhere.ai/signup and can invite you as a team member.
