How do I post to TikTok with PostEverywhere?

Connect your TikTok account and schedule videos and photo posts. Your TikTok account must be public.

Connect#

1. Open Accounts and click Add Account next to TikTok.
2. Sign in to TikTok and allow every permission, including posting videos.
3. The account appears in your list.

To add another TikTok account, click Open TikTok Logout first, then Add Account. TikTok refuses public posts from a private account, so set the account to public in the TikTok app.

What you can post#

Video	1 per post, 3 seconds to 10 minutes, vertical 9:16, MP4 or MOV, up to 4 GB
Photo post	1 to 35 images, up to 20 MB each. TikTok shows them as a swipeable post
Text only	Not allowed

Images in PNG, HEIC or other formats are converted to JPEG for TikTok automatically.

Settings in the post editor#

Open Customise per platform and the TikTok card.

• Who can view this video: Public (default), Friends, Followers or Private (only me).
• Allow users to: Comment, Duet, Stitch. All three are on by default.
• Disclose commercial content: tick Your brand or Branded content when the post promotes a brand. Branded content cannot be private.

TikTok shows the options your account allows. Some accounts cannot choose Friends or Followers.

After publishing#

TikTok processes the video after we send it. The post shows as published when TikTok confirms it. If TikTok rejects the file, the post fails with TikTok's reason. See TikTok rejected my video.

Tips#

• Vertical 9:16 video is required. Landscape or square video is rejected with a dimensions error.
• Frame rate must be between 23 and 60 fps.
• TikTok limits how many posts an account can publish through an app in 24 hours. When the limit is hit, PostEverywhere waits a few hours and tries again.
