How many social media accounts can I connect?
It depends on your plan. Lite supports 2 accounts, Starter supports 5, Growth supports 10, and Scale supports 20. Most connect through the platform's own login; Bluesky, Telegram, Discord and WordPress use an app password, bot token or webhook.
Which platforms does PostEverywhere support?
PostEverywhere supports all top platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, Discord, Telegram, WordPress, and Google Business Profile. You can connect multiple accounts per platform.
Is it secure to connect multiple accounts?
Yes. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads, Pinterest and Google Business Profile connect through each platform's own login, so PostEverywhere never sees your password. Bluesky uses an app password, Telegram a bot token, Discord a channel webhook and WordPress an application password, all of which you can revoke without changing your main login. You can disconnect any account at any time from your dashboard.
Can I separate client accounts from my own?
Yes. Use workspaces to group accounts by client, brand, or department. Each workspace keeps content, drafts, and analytics isolated so client data never mixes.
Do I pay extra for each connected account?
No. PostEverywhere uses flat-rate pricing. Lite is $9/month for 2 accounts, Starter $19/month for 5, Growth $29/month for up to 10, and Scale $39/month for up to 20. There are no per-account fees.
Can my team members access specific accounts only?
Yes. Workspace-based access control lets you assign team members to specific client accounts. They only see the accounts you grant them access to.
What happens if I disconnect an account?
Disconnecting an account removes its OAuth token from PostEverywhere. Your scheduled posts for that account will be paused, but your content drafts and analytics history are preserved. You can reconnect at any time.
Can I post to multiple accounts at once?
Yes. PostEverywhere's cross-posting feature lets you publish or schedule the same content to multiple accounts and platforms simultaneously. Customize captions per platform before publishing.
How do I decide which social media accounts are worth managing?
Run a simple platform audit before adding more accounts. For each platform, pull 90 days of reach, engagement rate, website clicks and attributed conversions, then add up the hours spent creating content, managing the community and reporting. Divide the value generated by the hours invested and rank platforms from highest to lowest. In most cases 2-3 platforms drive around 80% of results; the rest are either audience-building plays worth keeping at low effort or dead weight to cut. Only add a new platform when audience data confirms demand, you can commit to 90 days, and it slots into your existing repurposing workflow.
How often should I review a multi-account social media strategy?
Every quarter, run a 90-day audit. Week 1: collect per-account data (follower growth, engagement rate, reach, click-through rate, top and bottom posts) plus operational metrics like time to create and publish and missed posting days.
