Is it secure to connect multiple accounts?
Yes. Every account connects through official OAuth APIs provided by each platform. PostEverywhere never stores your passwords and you can revoke access to any account at any time from your dashboard.
Can I separate client accounts from my own?
Yes. Use workspaces to group accounts by client, brand, or department. Each workspace keeps content, drafts, and analytics isolated so client data never mixes.
Do I pay extra for each connected account?
No. PostEverywhere uses flat-rate pricing. Starter is $19/month for up to 10 accounts, Growth is $39/month for up to 25, and Pro is $79/month for up to 40. There are no per-account fees.
Can my team members access specific accounts only?
Yes. Workspace-based access control lets you assign team members to specific client accounts. They only see the accounts you grant them access to.
What happens if I disconnect an account?
Disconnecting an account removes its OAuth token from PostEverywhere. Your scheduled posts for that account will be paused, but your content drafts and analytics history are preserved. You can reconnect at any time.
Can I post to multiple accounts at once?
Yes. PostEverywhere's cross-posting feature lets you publish or schedule the same content to multiple accounts and platforms simultaneously. Customize captions per platform before publishing.
