LinkedIn personal profile or Company Page: what is different?
Both take the same content. A Company Page needs an admin role, has no Connections Only visibility, and counts as its own account.
Both your personal profile and a Company Page take the same posts: text up to 3,000 characters, up to 20 images, one video, or one PDF. The differences are who can connect them and the visibility options.

Connect both
Click Add Account next to LinkedIn once, allow access to your organisations on LinkedIn's screen, and pick your profile and the Pages. Each shows as its own account. See How do I connect a LinkedIn Company Page.
Posting to both at once
Tick both accounts in the post editor. Use Customise per platform if the Page should say something different from your profile.
Mentions and first comments
An @name posts as plain text on both. First comments are not available on LinkedIn. They work on X (Twitter) and YouTube.
