What add-ons can I buy?

Add-ons let you add more to your plan without changing plan. Buy them in Settings > Billing > Add-ons, or click Add more on the Accounts page or in Settings > Usage. Only the account owner can buy them.

On Lite, Starter and Growth, upgrade your plan to connect more accounts. Account add-ons are sold on Scale only.

Steps#

1. Go to Settings > Billing and find Add-ons.
2. Choose the add-on and how many.
3. Check the line that says what is added to your bill, for example "$5 added to your bill each month".
4. Confirm. Your new limit is ready at once.

How you are charged#

• The add-on is charged now, to the card on file, for the rest of your current billing period. After that it is part of your normal invoice.
• A very small first charge (under $0.50) is added to your next invoice instead.
• Remove an add-on in the same place with Remove. The limit goes back to your plan's limit.

When add-ons are not available#

• During the free trial. The Add-ons section says "Available once your plan starts".
• On plans bought through the iPhone App Store. Add-ons need a card subscription on the web.
• While your subscription is set to cancel. Click Keep my subscription in Billing first.
• If you are an admin or member. Only the owner can change add-ons.

One-off AI credit packs#

Credit packs are separate from add-ons. Buy 100 credits for $5, 500 for $20 or 2,000 for $60, or choose a custom amount from 50 to 10,000 credits. Bought credits never expire and are used after your plan credits run out. See the AI credits article in Media and AI.
