YouTube says I have exceeded the number of videos I may upload. What now?
This is YouTube's own daily upload limit for your channel, not a PostEverywhere limit. Wait 24 hours, then retry the post.
Updated 23 October 2026
This message comes from YouTube. Every channel has a daily upload limit set by YouTube, and when the channel reaches it, YouTube refuses new uploads from any app for about 24 hours. PostEverywhere cannot raise it.
What to do
- Wait 24 hours.
- Open the failed post on the Calendar or All posts and retry it, or move it to tomorrow.
- Spread the rest of your uploads across the coming days.
Good to know
- The limit is per channel and resets on a rolling 24-hour basis.
- Phone-verifying the channel raises YouTube's daily limits. Verify once at youtube.com/verify. The Accounts page shows a verification note next to your channel.
- Uploads made in YouTube Studio count towards the same limit.
