Creating posts
Can PostEverywhere save a post as a draft inside TikTok or Instagram?
No. Drafts are saved in PostEverywhere, not in the platform app. TikTok and Instagram posts publish directly to the account.
Updated 23 October 2026
No. PostEverywhere publishes directly to your account. It cannot save a post into the TikTok or Instagram app's drafts. Drafts live in PostEverywhere.
What you can do instead
- Click Save Draft in the composer. Find it later on All Posts with the Status filter set to Draft, or use the Drafts filter on the Calendar.
- On TikTok, set Who can view this video to Private (only me) to publish a video that only you can see. You can change the privacy later in the TikTok app.
- On YouTube, set Visibility to Private or Unlisted.
- Turn on approvals for your workspace so posts wait for a review before they go out.
