Post approvals for your team
Turn on Require approval in Settings > Workspace. Members' posts then wait on the Approvals page for an owner or admin to Approve or Request changes.
Updated 23 October 2026
Yes, you can review members' posts before they go out. Turn on Require approval in Settings > Workspace. Posts created by members then wait on the Approvals page, where an owner or admin clicks Approve or Request changes with a note.
Turn it on
- Go to Settings > Workspace.
- Scroll to Require approval and switch it on. The message reads "Approval required: members' posts now wait for an owner or admin".
Only an owner or admin can change this. The setting is per workspace.
How it works
- A member creates a post as usual. Instead of being scheduled, it goes to the Approvals page.
- An owner or admin opens Approvals and the Team tab. The number of waiting posts shows on the tab.
- They click Approve, or Request changes and type what needs changing. A note is required for changes.
- The member sees the result under My submissions. An approved post says "Approved. Schedule it from your drafts." A post with changes requested shows the reviewer's note.
- The member edits the post and schedules it from their drafts.
Details
- Owners and admins always publish directly. Approval only applies to members.
- AI agents connected to your account can approve posts or request changes too, with the same rules.
- Turn the setting off and members publish directly again.
- Approvals from clients outside your team use review links. See Client approvals and review links.
