What analytics does PostEverywhere show?

The Analytics page shows how posts published through PostEverywhere performed, how your follower counts change, which posts failed and why, and your best times to post. Posts you published outside PostEverywhere are not imported.

Views on the page#

• Posts: each published post with its metrics (Views, Likes, Comments, Shares, Impressions and Reach where the platform provides them). Filter by platform.
• Accounts: account-level insights for Instagram, Facebook and Threads.
• Audience: a daily snapshot of followers for each connected account, with the change over the period.
• Best times: a weekday-by-hour heatmap per account, built from your own results once there is enough data.
• Activity: how much you published over time.
• Delivery: how many posts published, failed or are in queue, grouped by cause.

Click Refresh to pull the latest numbers. X metrics are refreshed on demand only, at most once every 30 minutes.

Which platforms have per-post metrics#

Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Bluesky and Pinterest.

No per-post metrics: Google Business Profile (Google does not provide them), Telegram, Discord and WordPress.

Follower counts#

Followers are collected once a day for Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Bluesky, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn. Collection started on 31 August 2026, so there is no history before that date. An account with a single reading shows no change yet.

If numbers are missing#

1. Metrics appear after the post is published and are refreshed a few times a day. Give a new post up to a day.
2. Facebook, Instagram or Threads accounts connected before 30 August 2026 may lack the analytics permission. Open Accounts, click Reconnect on the account and approve all permissions.
3. TikTok accounts connected before 3 July 2026 need the same one-time reconnect for video stats.
4. Threads allows a limited number of analytics calls per day, so a busy Threads account updates in batches over several refreshes.
