How do workspaces help social media agencies?
Workspaces let agencies compartmentalize every client into its own isolated environment. Each workspace has separate social accounts, media assets, content calendars, and team permissions, so nothing gets mixed up between clients and you can onboard new accounts in minutes.
Can I control what each team member can access?
Yes. You invite team members to specific workspaces and assign one of three roles: Owner, Admin or Member. Members create and manage their own posts. Admins can do everything an owner can except billing, including connecting accounts and managing the team. No one sees workspaces they are not invited to.
How many workspaces can I create?
The number of workspaces depends on your plan. Lite, Starter and Growth include 1 workspace each, and Scale includes 5. Roles and permissions are available on every plan from Starter up.
Is client data truly isolated between workspaces?
Yes. Workspace isolation is enforced at the infrastructure level. Social accounts, media files, scheduled posts, and analytics data in one workspace are completely invisible to users in another workspace, even if they share the same billing account.
Can I set up approval workflows within a workspace?
Yes. Turn on Require approval for the workspace and members submit posts for approval instead of publishing them. Owners and admins approve the post or send it back with a note saying what to change, and a note is required when requesting changes.
How do workspaces work with multi-account management?
Each workspace contains its own set of connected social accounts. You can connect Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, Telegram, Discord, WordPress, and Google Business Profile accounts to any workspace. The multi-account management feature lets you switch between workspaces and accounts instantly.
Can I move social accounts between workspaces?
Yes. Admins can reassign connected social accounts from one workspace to another. This is useful when restructuring client relationships or consolidating brands under a different team.
Do workspaces affect pricing?
Workspaces are included in your plan; you do not pay per workspace. Pricing is based on the total number of connected social accounts and AI credits across your entire organization. See the pricing page for current plan details.
