My scheduled post didn't publish
Check three things: (1) Your Facebook Page connection is still active — tokens expire every 60-90 days. (2) The image or video meets Facebook's format requirements (JPG/PNG for images, MP4 for video). (3) Your post doesn't violate Facebook's community standards, which can silently block publishing.
"Permission denied" error when connecting
You need admin or editor access on the Facebook Page to connect it to a scheduler. If you manage the Page for a client, ask them to grant you the correct role in Page Settings → Page Roles. Personal profiles cannot be connected.
Posts showing wrong timezone
