## The Planable number most reviews skip
Two meters run at once, and reviews usually mention neither.
**Posts are capped.** 60 a month on Basic. Across 4 pages that is 15 posts per page per month, or one every other day. Publish daily to four accounts and you are at 120, double the allowance, before you have done anything ambitious.
**Price is per workspace, not per account.** An agency with five clients needs five workspaces: **5 × $33 = $165/month** for 4 pages and 60 posts each. The same five clients at 20 accounts total sit on PostEverywhere Scale at $39.
Unlimited users is genuinely generous and it is the thing Planable leads with. But users are the resource they give away, while posts and workspaces are the ones they charge for, and posting is the thing you actually came to do.
## Where Planable genuinely wins
**Approvals are the best in this bracket, and it is not close.** Multi-level, sequential sign-off on Enterprise; required or optional approval types on Pro. **Collaboration on the post itself.** Comments thread on the individual post, with version history, so feedback lands in context instead of in an email. It is the closest thing in this category to reviewing a document properly.

**Content beyond social.** Blog posts, newsletters and ads move through the same approval flow. If your review process covers more than social, that matters.

**The post cap is the wrong meter.** Charging by volume punishes exactly the customer who uses the product most.
**Per-workspace pricing multiplies.** Every client, brand or location is a separate line on the invoice, which is fine at one and painful at six.

**No native AI image or video generation.** It rewrites and generates copy; it does not produce the visual.
